Upholsterers
Customers do not buy upholstery - they buy their own armchair in a new fabric. We build websites where they see it straight away: before-and-after makeovers, a fabric picker on a photo of the furniture and a quote from a photo, without calling.
A concept for an armchair restoration workshop. The customer clicks a swatch and the armchair in the photo changes its cover at once. The workshop name is hidden - this is a design made for a client. Try it in the card below.

Live fabric switching

The hardest part of upholstery is picturing the result. Someone has their grandmother’s armchair and cannot tell whether bottle green will be too dark. On your website they check it in seconds, on real furniture, and attach the chosen fabric to the enquiry. You get a specific conversation instead of “how much is it?”, and the customer arrives already sure about the colour.
Most of them have great work, but it is hidden on Facebook or on a phone. Before-and-after photos get lost in posts from two years ago, and a new customer from Google lands on an empty listing with just a phone number.
The second problem is phone calls about the price. Every call starts the same way: “how much to reupholster a corner sofa?” - and without a photo there is no answer. The workshop loses time and the customer loses patience.
The third is the lack of a fabric catalogue. Customers want to see velvet, bouclé or faux leather before they visit, but the swatch book is only in the workshop.
Before-and-after photos sorted into armchairs, chairs, corner sofas and commercial furniture. It is your strongest argument.
The colours and types of fabric you offer, shown on a photo of the furniture rather than only as square swatches.
A form where the customer adds a photo of the furniture and its size. The request reaches you at once, together with the chosen fabric.
Price ranges for typical pieces: a chair, an armchair, a sofa. Customers know what to expect before they write.
Google reviews shown on the website build trust in work that is not visible at first sight: the frame, the springs and the foam.
We start with a short conversation: which furniture you do most often, which fabrics you use and where customers look for you today. We ask for a dozen or so photos of your work - phone photos are fine, we will pick the best ones and lay them out well in the gallery.
Then we prepare a free homepage design with your photos and the fabric picker. You see it before you pay anything. If you like it, we finish the subpages, prices and the quote form, and finally launch the website and connect it to your Google Business Profile.
