Holiday rentals

A website for holiday rentals

A guest finds your cabin on Booking and then searches for it on Google - often to book directly. We design websites for cabins, apartments and guesthouses with a calendar that shows free dates at a glance.

Feature demo: availability calendar

This is how the calendar on your website could work: pick a cabin and a season, booked days are greyed out. Select arrival and departure to see the number of nights. It is a feature demo, not the website of a real property.

A calendar synced with Booking and Airbnb

A host’s worst nightmare is a double booking. The calendar on your website pulls booked dates from Booking and Airbnb, so guests see real availability and you do not copy dates by hand. A direct booking reaches you without a portal commission, and the guest knows at once whether the dates are free.

What holiday rental owners come to us with

Most bookings come through portals that take a commission on every stay. Even regular guests and referrals book through Booking because they cannot find another way.

Photos on portals are small and look like all the others. It is hard to show what makes the place special: the view from the terrace, the sauna, a lake a hundred metres away or the quiet out of season.

Then there are questions about free dates by phone and Messenger - often in the evenings and at weekends, when you have to check calendars in several places at once.

What a cabin or apartment website should have

  • An availability calendar

Free and booked days for every cabin or apartment, visible right on the website.

  • A booking form

Dates, number of guests, pets, an extra cot - everything you need in one request.

  • Gallery and surroundings

Large photos of the interiors, the terrace and the area, plus what is nearby: a beach, trails, restaurants.

  • A season switch

Summer and winter in the same place - guests see what the property looks like in the season they are interested in.

  • Seasonal prices and rules

Prices per night in and out of season, the minimum stay, check-in times.

How your property’s website comes together

We start with a conversation about the property: how many cabins or rooms you have, which portals you use and what guests praise in reviews. We ask for photos from different seasons and links to your Booking or Airbnb listings.

Then we prepare a free homepage design with the calendar and your photos. When the design suits you, we connect the calendar to the portals, add prices and the booking form, and finally your Google Business Profile so guests find the website by the property name.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a website for cabins or apartments cost?

The “Website for stays” package costs from 3500 PLN net: up to 5 subpages, an availability calendar, Booking and Airbnb sync, a booking form and a season switch. The homepage design is free.

How does the Booking and Airbnb sync work?

Each of these portals provides a calendar link (iCal). The calendar on your website reads booked dates from it, so guests see the same booked days as on the portals.

Can guests pay on the website straight away?

The package includes a booking form, and you arrange payment with the guest as you do today. Online payments such as BLIK or Przelewy24 can be added as an extension - we will quote them together with the design.

I have one apartment. Does a website make sense?

Yes. Even with one property, a website with a calendar gives guests a way to book directly, and regular guests a place to come back to without searching the portals.

Can the website be in other languages?

Yes - each additional language costs from 400 PLN. If tourists from abroad stay with you, English is a good place to start.
