What data we collect

  • Data from the form or your message: name, contact details (e-mail, phone), company name, the content of your enquiry, the chosen service or package, discount code, a link to your current website.
  • Whatever you write to us by e-mail, on WhatsApp or on Telegram.
  • Technical data: cookies, IP address and browser information in server logs, the source of your visit (e.g. UTM parameters from an ad).

Providing your data is voluntary, but without a way to contact you we cannot reply to your enquiry.

Why and on what legal basis

  • Replying to your enquiry and preparing an offer or a free design - Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken before entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) (our legitimate interest in replying to messages).
  • Security and proper functioning of the website - Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
  • Analytics and marketing (HubSpot cookies) - only with your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

We do not make automated decisions about you and we do not profile you.

Who we share data with

We use trusted providers who process data on our behalf:

  • Vercel - website hosting,
  • HubSpot - the CRM where we store enquiries (and, with your consent, analytics),
  • Telegram - notifications about new enquiries,
  • Google - e-mail.

Transfers outside the EEA

Some of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area (e.g. in the USA). This is based on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. If you write to us on WhatsApp or Telegram, these messengers also process your data under their own rules.

How long we keep data

Until our conversation ends, and then for up to 12 more months - in case you come back with a question. If you become our client, we keep the data for the duration of our cooperation and as long as the law requires (e.g. tax law). Cookie data - until you withdraw consent or the cookie expires.

Your rights

  • access to your data and a copy of it,
  • rectification of your data,
  • erasure of your data,
  • restriction of processing,
  • objection to processing,
  • data portability,
  • withdrawal of consent at any time (without affecting what was done before),
  • a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl).

To exercise your rights, write to us - we will reply within one month at the latest.
